We provide transportation services to our campus community. Our goal is to make travel simpler, more efficient, and enjoyable for our faculty and staff.
To fulfill this mission, we focus on delivering ease and convenience for your department’s business travel and vehicle repair needs.



Starting in early 2024, Fleet Management will migrate UT faculty/staff-related information to the newly formed UT Employee Hub.  This hub will serve as the basis for our rental software, billing backup, and general information.  Please use your UT credentials to login to our hub for the most up to date information – FM Employee Hub.


Until a work around is completed for System employees to access the Hub, we’ll post the link for the Fleet Commander rental website HERE.
