24/7 Roadside Assistance

During Fleet Management operating hours, Monday through Friday, call Fleet Management at 865.974.2134.  After operating hours, please contact Automotive Resources International (ARI) in cases of roadside assistance.  This service functions similar to AAA.

ARI can be reached at 1-866-274-1023 or 1-800-227-2273

A roadside assistance packet should be included in each vehicle’s glove box.  This program should only be used when Fleet Management is unavailable to assist.  Preventative maintenance is not included in the program – i.e. oil changes, tires, etc.  If you require maintenance, please contact Fleet Management.

If the vehicle is still under warranty, ARI may also involve the manufacturers for assistance – i.e. towing.
